I have done 3 tours with VW before but this was my first time ever i felt TM was not fully knowledgeable about the destination, Time management was not good because in Padmanabh Swami Temple VIP pass given on 8 am but we woke up at 4 to go from general line afterwards we got delayed for other sightseeing & Food of all the hotels was not satisfying, tour was hectic for me but it doesn't mean i would not travel by VW In 100 1 problem is acceptable. I just want your services to get improved. Thank you
Tour was amazing but i have one suggestion that I felt in cochin The sightseeing should be more interesting. I felt Cochin was time wasting, Over all tour was amazing Hotels, TM, Food were all amazing.
Tour was amazing but in Thiruvananthapuram, Forte Manor Hotel food Non veg & veg section should be separated Cause as a vegetarian i feel weird when i see Non veg food. TM, Bus, Bus driver, Hotel rooms all were amazing. No problems
Flights were delay & we reached our hotel at 11:30 On the next day we had an early wake up call at 4:30, it was not very human like look if you slept at 12 How can someone will able to wake up at 4:30? VW should understand the situation and wake up call could have been at least at 6 am & in Munnar, Elysium Gardens Hill Resorts we got room in 1 floor & all the noises & smell from kitchen were coming to our room. The Chinese Fishing Nets sightseeing was not worth to see instead change it with some other interesting Sightseeing. TM were Nice No complaints & also foods, said by guest
