Singapore Visa

Documents required for Singapore Visa:

• A copy of Applicant’s passport having at least 6 month’s validity (calculated from the date of arrival in Singapore) and one blank visa page;
• 1 set (original) of Form14A which is to be duly completed and signed by Applicant;
• 2 recent colour Photographs - 35mm X 45mm with white background & matt Finish, 80% face close up. (Do not wear white-coloured clothes while clicking the photo) Applicants are required to declare in writing their name and passport number on the rear of their photograph to counter photo swapping errors;
• for business visa applications, Form V39A or an invitation letter from the Singapore Company with the same details in Form V39A may be required on case by case basis;
• a written authorization is required from Applicant if the visa application is submitted through sub-agent’s/Applicants representative;
• a detailed covering letter Covering letter from the principal applicant addressed to - ‘The Visa Officer, Consulate General of Singapore, Mumbai’ stating name of the applicant, Mobile no, Email ID, Occupational details, nationality, passport number, purpose of visit, period of stay with travel dates, accommodation address in Singapore and the details about the expenses including medical, boarding, lodging etc. In case if the applicant is self-employed the letter should be printed on the company letterhead and embossed with the company stamp. In case if the applicant is travelling with someone, their name, relationship with the applicant, occupation and passport details should be mentioned on the covering letter.
• Financial Document: Updated Bank statement of the last 3 Months
• if the Applicants is employed, an original letter from the employer granting leave of absence stating the duration of employment, designation and salary; is required. The letter must provide the name, address, telephone number(s) and fax number(s) of the company. The letter must also be stamped with the official stamp of Company;
• if the Applicant is a Student, a letter from School/ institution;
• an applicant who is unemployed must furnish financial documents;
• Child not accompanying with either or without parent: NOC is required from parent with ID copy.
• Jurisdiction - Maharashtra, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Chhattisgarh and Orissa. for Passport issued from any other jurisdiction, Address Proof is required from any of the 2 listed below as proof of residency:
  • Recent month’s electricity bill on the application’s name bearing the address of the jurisdiction that we cover;
  • Recent month’s mobile/internet bill on the applicant’s name bearing the address of the jurisdiction that we cover;
  • Leave and license agreement; or
  • Purchase agreement of the flat.
