Review of Sikkim,darjeeling women's special tour(May 11th to 19th 2024) Dear Veena World, My first solo trip and also my first with Veena World----wow trip ho to aise.It was a fantastic experience and would love to repeat it with you....want to know why... ● it was a perfectly planned, superbly executed trip thanks to tour managers Devendra and Mahesh ● Hotel rooms and the views of the majestic mountains and valleys from the room were fabulous ● The food delicious and best part was enjoying local food not once but twice..yuuummmmy.And here I would like to mention that all our meals were always served on time,were always pipping hot and the menu was never repeated thanks Devendra ● Sightseeing...awesome. We did not miss a single place, we would always have plenty of time to explore and take in the beauty of that place. Here I would again like to mention how Devendra would always brief us about what to expect on our journey from Bagdhora to Gangtok /Gangtok to Lachung/ Darjeeling..so the long journeys were always full of expectations 'now what am I going to see'.He would always give a detailed explanation at each tourist spot and his indepth knowledge about the place , the flora and fauna the changing natural beauty is highly appreciated 👏. That for me was a big big thumbs up. ● Most importantly both Devendra and Mahesh were always there for us--we just had to turn around and they would be there to help us, ans our questions ...and making the trip a wonderful lifetime experience ✨️☺️😊. Thank you for organising our tour so well and taking care of all the aspect of a fun vacation. The tour guides were extremely professional. Our vacation would not have been half as exciting if we did not have a tour guide as friendly and experienced. Even after coming back from the trip, I cannot get the jokes out of my mind. Our vacation was totally worth the time and money. It was all because of your constant efforts. Thank you so much to Rahul and Gaurav… I have no words to describe the trip. Just completed a tour of women's special with Veena World of Gangtok, Lachung and Darjiling. Well organised tour. All the hotels and food throughout the tour were extremely nice. Got a chance to taste authentic and organic food from their cities. A special Thanks to Mr.Amol Jadhav(our tour manager). - As everyone is becoming a frequent traveller now, we suggest that you make your own travel accessories kit to ensure a stress free holiday.
- Always make sure to carry less and light luggage, use a four wheel small or medium suitcase and please make sure that you are carrying only one suitcase per person. This will ensure that you will travel smartly and without any inconveniences.
- It is also recommended that you have one cross shoulder bag or haversack for your handy needs which will ensure that you are comfortable at the time of sightseeing and also easy for photography during your tour.
- A smart cap/hat and sunglasses are definitely something that you should have in your kit.
- Though Veena World provides all three meals, that is breakfast, lunch, dinner and Veena World treats as per the itinerary, you can carry dry snacks of your choice in small sealed packets for munching during air travel or road journeys.
- If you are travelling during the monsoon or to destinations where it is rainy, please carry a small umbrella or poncho.
- For international tours, please carry a universal adapter for charging your cameras and mobile phones.
- Ensure that your clothing and footwear is suitable for the destination you are travelling to.
