Tour Manager Name -Asif Shaikh & Vitthal Sonavane Both the tour manager's attention to detail and organization ensured that every aspect of the tour ran smoothly. From transportation to accommodations, everything was seamless. They had communicated and kept everyone informed and on schedule throughout the tour. Their ability to effectively convey information contributed greatly to the overall success of the trip. Their extensive knowledge of destinations enriched the experience. Safety was a top priority for both the tour managers, who consistently ensured that all participants followed necessary precautions and guidelines. Even though I was accompanying my daughter, they ensured her well-being with equal dedication, taking into account her dietary preferences and showing respect for her choices and opinions. Feedback for Kashmir Women's Trip : *Feedback for Kashmir Women's Trip (Tour Code: JKWPP140524/A)** organized by Veena World from 14th May to 21st May 2024. I recently had the pleasure of joining an 8-day women's trip to Kashmir organized by Veena World. Their tagline, "Chalo Bag Bharo, Nikal Pado," perfectly encapsulates the spirit of adventure and exploration that we experienced on this beautiful journey. A significant part of this wonderful trip was due to the exceptional guidance and support from our tour Managers, Mr. Asif Shaikh and Mr. Vitthal Sonawane. Mr. Asif's deep knowledge of Kashmir and its rich history greatly enhanced our journey. He provided detailed information about each spot we visited, making the experience both educational and enjoyable. His passion for the region was evident in every story he shared. He also shared the itinerary the previous night so that we could make preparations in advance and guided us on where and how much to pay, offering genuine advice without any selfish motive. Mr. Vitthal's organizational & outreaching skills ensured that our itinerary was well executed seamlessly. He was always there to capture our memories, taking photos at every opportunity, which was greatly appreciated. He also gave us daily wake-up calls, ensuring we were always on schedule, and he was present to assist with any request, big or small, without ever grumbling. Both Mr. Asif and Mr. Vitthal maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the trip. They were very decent in their talks and dressing sense, with no instances of misbehavior or rude talk. Their respectful and courteous manner further enhanced our comfort and trust in them. **Special Thanks:** A special thanks and appreciation to Mr. Nilesh Athalye. He was the first person we met at the airport, and he immediately made us feel comfortable and guided us during our first meeting as we were all strangers. His kindness and helpfulness set the tone for the entire trip and eased any initial apprehensions we had. He escorted us both ways, from Pune to Kashmir and back. **Special Note to Veena World:** I would like to extend a special note of gratitude to Veena World for arranging such trips, especially for women who find it difficult to remove time from their busy schedules. This trip was truly a wonderful experience, and it wouldn't have been possible without the excellent organization and support provided by Veena World. - As everyone is becoming a frequent traveller now, we suggest that you make your own travel accessories kit to ensure a stress free holiday.
- Always make sure to carry less and light luggage, use a four wheel small or medium suitcase and please make sure that you are carrying only one suitcase per person. This will ensure that you will travel smartly and without any inconveniences.
- It is also recommended that you have one cross shoulder bag or haversack for your handy needs which will ensure that you are comfortable at the time of sightseeing and also easy for photography during your tour.
