Europe Trip : Women's Special Feedback : Good Morning Veena Ma'am, First of all, would sincerely like to thank you for having formed Veena World. Have been associated with Kesari for a long time (15 years ago), but yes we (my brother, sister and parents) joined Veena World tours since 2019. I have watched your interviews and you are an inspiration and motivation for all of us. Being a single mom, life has been struggling. But when I got the first opportunity to fulfill my childhood dreams of visiting the Alps - I decided to do it alongwith Veena World. The entire journey of this trip was really memorable. Nayana and Rahul S (the touch points in Thane office) were able to bring the comfort and handle the anxiety i had about this whole trip and the Schengen visa. They seemed to be cheerful whenever i called them and the customer service they provided was amazing. I remember the vis appointment was scheduled on 30th June. I was handling the merger project from HR point of view for HDFC Bank and 30th was our Day Zero as the project was going live on 1st July, 2023. I requested Rahul to help me go through the process at the earliest so that i could use my lunch hour for Visa process and get back to office @ Kanjurmarg at the earliest. The team at the Visa office was also so accommodating that i felt blessed. While the Visa arrived and a week prior i received Vihar's message with all the small but important requirements for the trip. Well I knew that I was getting into the hands of an experience tour manager who knew exactly what need to be informed to all the excited kids going for a picnic. Cutting short the long story that I have, Vihar has been an excellent tour manager. He is a very good human being. He never had biases formed for anyone. He could ease out the stress we all had with his words and smile and ensured that each one of us were equally excited about this entire trip every day. He made all of us feel as if we were one family from day one and that's how each one of us felt during and at the end of the tour. Whenever we were traveling from one destination to another and the journey in the bus meant to be couple of hours, Vihar used to provide us with some history of the place we were visiting or some information that kept us engaged. We never felt bored sitting in the bus. Vihar always informed us about the safety we all should be aware of while traveling specially in places like Italy and France. It helped us. Indeed my mail is not enough to give justice to the hardwork that Vihar did throughout our journey. He was always there every morning to cheer us and brought about all the excitement even if it meant to be having breakfast at 6:30 am. Adam, the Coach driver was also very good and we never had any incident where we felt he was driving rash or not helpful. He always greeted us with his cheerful smile whenever he was loading or unloading our bags. I certainly should thank you for providing us Vihar as a tour manager and look forward for many more trips with Veena World Thanks once again for giving us Veena World and Thanks for entire team of Veena World especially Vihar - he is excellent.
