Hi Team, We took the Swiss Paris tour from Veena World. This was our first tour abroad with any tour agency and I must say that we had an incredible experience. I would like to highlight the below points in particular : 1. The entire tour was very well manager by our tour guide - Prathamesh Patki. Every single thing was explained with utmost precision and attention to detail. 2. The hotel stays at all the places were very comfortable and hospitable 3. The best thing about the tour was the availability of delicious Indian food in all meals for my family especially my parents Having said all this, I am certain that Veena World has us for our future tours as well :) Regards Himanki Shahu.

Hi, Veena Mam /Prathamesh /Veena world team, Recently we have completed our Europe tour (12-19 June) with Veena World. We both-(Aniruddha and Leena Joshi )-would like to thank you for organizing this trip very well. We enjoyed all the sightseeing places, river cruises, and other beautiful places throughout this awesome journey. We would like to give special thanks to Prathemesh Patki , our tour manager-who shared every minute detail regarding our all places visited . We enjoyed the Eiffel tower tour,all palace visits and all places in Switzerland .Also we must say it was not easy to arrange fresh indian food to all 40 pax in foreign country ,but your team made it possible. Dear Veena Mam, It was wonderful experience throughout our tour to Paris and Swiss. With the family this was our first international tour. Many thanks to Vinas Umbarkar who helped us in booking process and guiding for deviation that we took to Dublin and joining group in Paris. She untiringly was clearing all our doubts till we boarded Dublin flight. Visa process also was smooth!! Our relative and Veena world executive Vaibhavi Soman helped us wherever we got stuck. Upon receiving tour guide's contact from Vinas, we established contact with Prathamesh through WA. And at Paris airport I met this wonderful guy Prathamesh! He is well organised, and well versed with all the places we visited. Actually I felt travelling with Europian guy who knew each and every corner of the places that we visited. He is patient and accommodative. He was remembering names of almost all the group members which is unique quality. Would definitely like to recommend his name for my next tour whenever we plan. I earned a very good friend that is Prathamesh in this tour. Eiffel Tower was fantastic, listening beautiful song of Mohamed Rafi along the tour made me nostalgic! The song tag line is so apt for us. अजि ऐसा मोका फिर कहा मिलेगा ...... Then Disney land tour, where we enjoyed amazing rides recalling our child age. Chaplin's world, broken chair, Bern city tour, flower clock, lion monument was highlights and fantastic places. Peak of the tour was mount Titlis and Jungfraujoch. We had unforgettable moments at both these places. The group was very enthusiastic and it is now our extended family. The food I have no words to appreciate, it was too tasty at all the place because it is Indian😊😊 When I travelled with my colleagues normally Europian treats us differently, but when we visited in groups I felt power of Indian. Thanks to Veena world, it is really commendable. The bus driver Ion was well versed with all the roads and places. He drove us safely and made our tour enjoyable. All in all fantastic experience travelling with Veena world. सही में चलो बॅग भरो निकल पडो! Once again thanks to Veena world and especially you who is driving force behind all these.
