Hi Veena World family, Would like to share our experience with Kunal and Veena World on recently concluded EUAS tour. We have been traveling with Veena world since last 10 years. My parents did EUHL in 2014 and since then Veena is our trusted partner in exploring the new journeys. We are living in Spain since last 6 to 7 years and always had Switzerland on top of our bucket list. However because of some or other reasons we were not able to make it. I have many friends living in Switzerland too and doing Swiss adventure independently would have been much easier. But we were not sure because of our infant boy as this was first time we would be traveling on leisure trip for more than a week. Considering all pros and cons finally we decided to go ahead with Veena World. And I am very happy to say that this was really one of the best trip we have had in a long time. Special thanks to Kunal for managing this tour perfectly throughout. He is not only very knowledgeable but a very nice human being too. He always made sure we are comfortable with baby and all baby meals are ordered and provided on time by different restaurants. He went extra miles in talking to restaurant chefs, owners and making sure food was delivered as per our need for the baby. He was very informative about journey towards high altitude terrain and made sure we were safe throughout Titlis and Jungfrau adventure considering toddler was with us. As you guys already know Europe is always difficult sector and things which we face on a given day are always unknown. All the time he was having complete control over the iterinery and he always had calculation in mind about the distances to cover and places to visit on a given day. We have not missed a single point from the tour itinerary because of his splendid planning. Kunal also made sure all tour members stay together as a one family and kept us engaged in various different fun activities. He not only provided accurate information about different aspects of Europe but went extra miles in answering all questions that people had. He is really asset to the Veena World I must say. All hotels and meal arrangements were also excellent and really appreciate Veena World for this. Looking forward to explore new horizons with Veena world in future.

- As everyone is becoming a frequent traveller now, we suggest that you make your own travel accessories kit to ensure a stress free holiday.

Remarks
- All meals are provided by Veena World in case the flight reaches the stipulated destination early morning or leaves destination late in the evening.
- This is a “Part tour” for the Austria Swiss Paris London (EULA) tour. For this Part Tour, Veena Worlds tour manager will accompany you from Mumbai until you complete your tour. On your return journey from Zurich towards India , the Tour Manager will not be accompanying you , as he will have to proceed towards London with the other guests who have opted for the entire Tour. The airport transfers from the last destination in Zurich and all the guidance will be provided to you by your tour manager. So there is nothing to worry about.
- Standard Check-in and check-out time of International hotels is usually 1500hrs and 1200hrs respectively.
- Guests may please note that for Domestic flights or internal flights from one city to another city on international tours, the baggage allowance will be as per the respective airline baggage policy and weight regulations. Guests are requested to pack their belongings and carry luggage in accordance to the respective airlines baggage allowance. Excess baggage (if any) will be chargeable as per the airline policy and the same has to be borne by the guest.
