***** Senior Special Kerala. When I went to Veena World office at Prabhadevi to enquire about tour, people in the office were very cooperative, coerteous, gave me all the details of tour. I told them that I will be travelling alone but like to share room with another lady traveller, they assured me that. And from next day I got all the information—air tickets, hotels, itinerary etc. We had 2 tour guides with us—Santosh & Mayur.They were really good, helpful,polite & took good care of all of us.Sometimes one or two members had some health problems, they immediately consulted doctor, gave proper medicine & food. We had a lot of fun, good food, did all the sightseeing& absolutely enjoyed the tour.Hotels were good, bus was comfortable & driver was excellent. We all had become friends of each other. I from bottom of my heart thank Veena World for this fantastic tour& wish to travel more with Veena World.
