Dear Veena World Family, It gives me immense pleasure to share feedback on behalf of Rocky Steels for our recently concluded trip to Lonavala. Thank you very much for making it memorable , we will cherish memories for life time. I would like to share experience pre and post booking and finally the tour. We at Rocky Steels are a family of around 25 members. On the 15th Jan , management decided to have one small trip with members for leisure and some team building activities. I started working on finding places , in the meantime I came across your ad on Google. Was not very sure if we can have a holiday with you due to budget constraints. Still sent a message on your online portal for enquiry. Got a call from your front office and later got connected with Mr. Shubham. I briefed him about the requirements and number of days we are planning. During the discussion when he asked me about the budget , I was a bit hesitant as our budget was around 12 to 15 K per person. I was almost sure that Veena World will not have something at this budget , but I was wrong. Shubham was very positive from the first discussion , we had only 10 days in hand as the trip was planned on 5th Feb. He provided the best options in short notice . Due to changes in plans by Directors , we had to change dates twice. Every time Mr. Shubham worked on revisions in quotes promptly. Follow Up on call / Whatsapp helped to expedite the process with minimum increase in overall cost. When we discussed property finalisation , got his honest views which helped us to lock 7 Apple Resort. So Thank you Shubham , this was possible because of you. Post finalisation , advance payment was done , final payment was to be done on Monday 5th Feb. Finance director was out of office for a family function and was not in position to approve online payments. When conveyed to your team , they instantly agreed that payment can be released by 7th Feb. That was a very positive gesture from the team. I had a group call with the back office team and our Tour managers. Due to a pre planned meeting I had to leave the call. But later had a full discussion with Nimesh dada ( As Sunny and my team calls him) on the activities to be done , games to be played , sightseeing etc. This helped me to be ready with awards to be presented. A Whatsapp group was formed to keep everyone updated. On the day of departure , the first pickup was at 6.30 Am. Our bus with Mr. Nimesh and Mr. Sunny was at pickup point at around 6.20. We had planned four pick up points , I was at the last pickup , both of the tour managers updated me post each pickup. Pickup was smooth and on time which helped us to reach Lonavala ahead of schedule. During the bus travel, snacks were served, which was a surprise to us. Fresh Sandwiches and juice energized my team. Mr. Sunny entertained the team with innovative games. On arrival , early check in helped us to spend more time at the hotel. Sightseeing was well planned , Nimesh Dada and Sunny briefed our team about the history of Lonavala to places one should visit. Evening tea was not part of the package , but it was arranged by your team. Big thanks for the same. Evening was full of activities , Nimesh dada and Sunny conducted some team building games which my team and directors appreciated a lot. Some games were planned by me and both of them were a good helping hand for me. Second day at Imagica was again well planned , right from pickup of tickets to information of various rides helped us to enjoy it. Evening with live music was cherry on the cake. On Sunday 11th , we had to change the return route due to some reasons. Mr. Onkar Bhate was available on late evening calls and helped on the same with minimum increase in toll charges. We could reach back in Mumbai on time. Thank you Mr. Onkar for the same. I don't have words to express my gratitude towards the bus driver. One of the safest travels I have experienced. I am sure there are some more members who must have helped us and I have not named them. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. It is nice to get associated with the Veena World family, I am sure there will be many such trips to come in future. There are so many things to write about the overall experience , as it has become too lengthy I will stop now.
