Feedback about the LHLN/18052022/A trip : Life long dream came true for me!!! I can't begin to thank you Veena world for the amazing time I had along with my son at Leh Ladakh region in the last 7 days. It is truly a noteworthy thing that even before the actual tour began our tour manager Sachidanand Pawar established personal contact on whatsapp with each one of us through a long WhatsApp message that described in detail what we were expected to carry along with us on this trip along side the nittu grittiest. Thanks to that message I bought myself a postpaid connection that helped me stay connected with my mother back home. And Yadnesh Vaidya our co- tour manager made it a point to reinforce these points through a personal phone call. Must be a tall order considering that he called each one of us to repeat the points verbally. Both the boys went a mile ahead by establishing this rapport of trust, friendship and most importantly care with us even before the trip began. I just can't thank them enough for that. The example of this is the food pack that they arranged for us at Delhi airport T2 at 1.00 am !!! We hogged that tasty biryani at such an unearthy hour despite initially feeling if it made sense to even eat at such an odd hour... The guys knees that after the long travel we'd feel hungry again and their food pack was truly a blessing! On the day of the trip Sachidanand was constantly in touch with us guiding us step by step for the airport procedures. Though we have all travelled a thousand times by air earlier , he didn't avoid his responsibility as a tour manager even once; commendable even more because the flight was at an odd hour and he too was awake with us at that time! All throughout the tour both Sachin and Yadnesh ensured complete safety and maintained standards of living and traveling for us despite the arduous geographic location we were in. They magically turned into 'Doctors' who guide their patients based on their individual health conditions... I for instance battle with issues related to cold and turn breathless easily due to blocked Nasal pathways. But not only did I enjoy this tour at an alarmingly high altitude but did so without requiring external oxygen intake etc. The guys ensured that they kept me motivated and this is again very commendable. Do let Hotel Grand Willows know that they too have two gems working for them in the forms of Bhim and Abhishek, both all rounders in their own ways! Loving, caring, extremely polite and ever ready to go beyond the call of their duty ... the men deserve an ovation too! I wish them a good life ahead. And special thanks to our cab driver Anayat Ali aka Sameer who drove us peacefully through the labyrinth paths of these sectors where even a motorable road goes missing in between !!! We didn't experience a single bump, bravely faced the beginning of a sandstorm with his driving skills and his expertise with the roads there. On one occassion on our way from Pangong lake when our cab's tyre punctured , he did the impossible... single-handedly emptied the dicky , changed the tyre and ensured our safety, all in the middle of nowhere. Hats off to this humble and modest guy too for going that extra mile for us! In all I can only express my gratitude towards these men whose names I've listed above for making it possible for me to enjoy my entire trip...
