I am pleased to say ,that Ladakh was a truly adventure trip... Everything was very well arranged...The food was good, special mention to one in Srinagar- I am sure each one of us took a few pounds extra home... The journey within the region was an experience I enjoyed the most...The roads, the mountains...a different terrain. Hats off to the Veena team for the arrangement of SUVs...cannot stop appreciating the excellent drivers The rides were difficult, last minute weather changes required taking immediate strategic decisions by tour managers.. which they took very diligently.. Veena World tours always has something different and unique....this time it was the folk dance and one lunch admist the mountains...amazing arrangement...loved it The best part of this trip, I have kept it to the last..the tour Managers!! Chinmay and Swapnil have been the best tour managers .... during travel ,when difficult situation came, they were both, on the road themselves, picking up the rocks and stones from the path,to personally monitoring the progress of road clearance by authorities, to guiding the drivers. And that too in the scorching heat. .... Chinmay has loads of patience to make each one of us feel taken care of....enquiring about our health, food, any other requirements..Both of them always ensured each one of us had food before they started theirs..taking pictures for us, gor each one of us...always willing to fulfill our wishes... ( small acts but great impact). Even during the last check in at Srinagar, Chinmay personally ensured smooth process and was around the check in counter till the end..They both became a part of us....Cannot be grateful enough to both of them.. A special thank you for managing my high altitude Sickness with great speed and patient and took absolute care of me..from Pangong to Leh hospital to making special moong Kichadi for me till I was normal...no words can do the justice to thank them. May be the feedback is lengthy... Each experience with Veena World makes us admire your Organisation of all tours...Thank you for this wonderful experience of Ladakh..
