We had opted for Highlights of Rajasthan through Veena world. We were 7 people and it was our first trip as a family outside of Maharashtra. So this was my experience with Veena world: 1. Booking: Tour information was provided in great detail which helped me choose the destination of my liking. The booking procedure was simple and got done in no time. 2. Post booking: Three pre-departure zoom meetings were taken before the tour. Expected weather conditions, things to carry, places to visit, etc. were the things which were covered in the zoom meeting. All the kind of information regarding change in the plans, booking details or travelling instructions were given either through mail or WhatsApp. 3. Tour manager: I would like to particularly focus on this point as the success of the entire tour was dependant on our tour manager. Mr. Abhijeet Raut was our tour manager and to say the least he carried the entire tour exceptionally well be it the pre-tour call, management of hotels and travelling, wake up calls, planned places to be visited, next day planning, places to shop, etc. Everything was explained in great detail and left no place for doubts. Emphasising his ability to manage the likes of 28 people which I’m sure was not a joke. He also entertained us during the bus rides. His friendly nature was just a cherry on top. Special mention to Mr. Mahesh and Mr. Swapnil who were extremely friendly and fun to be with for whatever time they were with us. 4. Sightseeing: All the historical places were included in the tour. At every place a guide was present to provide us with the necessary information. 5. Food: The quality of food was upto the mark. Various kind of breakfast items was my favourite part which I enjoyed the most. Also got to try the local food which was delicious. 6. Transport: A bus was with us from the airport from day one to take us to various planned places. The rides were enjoyable. To sum up, personally I fancied the intricacies of the management provided by Veena world be it the hotel bookings, travelling, planning of the tour, etc. Additionally I got to meet 26 amazing people who travelled with us during the journey. I would recommend Veena world for any kind of travelling be it domestic or international.

The trip was really awesome. All sites mentioned in itinerary were covered, giving ample time to us for both shopping as well as photography. - As everyone is becoming a frequent traveller now, we suggest that you make your own travel accessories kit to ensure a stress free holiday.
- Always make sure to carry less and light luggage, use a four wheel small or medium suitcase and please make sure that you are carrying only one suitcase per person. This will ensure that you will travel smartly and without any inconveniences.
- It is also recommended that you have one cross shoulder bag or haversack for your handy needs which will ensure that you are comfortable at the time of sightseeing and also easy for photography during your tour.
- A smart cap/hat and sunglasses are definitely something that you should have in your kit.
- Though Veena World provides all three meals, that is breakfast, lunch, dinner and Veena World treats as per the itinerary, you can carry dry snacks of your choice in small sealed packets for munching during air travel or road journeys.
- If you are travelling during the monsoon or to destinations where it is rainy, please carry a small umbrella or poncho.
- For international tours, please carry a universal adapter for charging your cameras and mobile phones.
- Ensure that your clothing and footwear is suitable for the destination you are travelling to.
