Feedback for ***** : Hello Veena tai and team We just completed our tour of Rajasthan and here is the feedback. Booking experience It was very good. Manali Bhagwat was very courteous, helpful and informative. Booking process was very smooth and professional. Connecting with me on whatsapp and email and phone made the life easy for me. Tour managers I feel we were blessed to have tour managers namely Yash Jagtap and Hrishikesh Khalkar. Both of them were cheerful, helpful, of very understanding nature and courteous. They were willingly solving all the problems, addressing all the queries. A specific note about Yash is that he is a cultured person himself and gives a lot of information not just about the place to be visited but other places in India. He has studied his sectors properly and is a good example of crisis management. He is vigilant on small things, right from water bottles in the bus, to the luggage distribution or reminders on taking belongings. One more appreciable thing about Yash is, he was treating Hrishikesh like his younger brother and grooming him up. In today’s world its rarely seen a quality to take care of colleagues and treat them nicely. Overall tour This is the first time we took services of Veena world. Tour was excellent and there is no shortcoming or problem to report at all. Hotels IBIS Jaipur – Its typical IBIS so small rooms are assumed but hotel was good. Savitri, Pushkar – One of the best hotels with great ambience and quality of food they served. Amar palace, Udaypur – Its good but not as good as Savitri hotel. Food was ok, not great. Suggestions 1. While on the way back to Ahmadabad, we stopped at Marigold for lunch. That place is really bad, shabby, unclean, bad food. My suggestion is to select some other hotel where they serve buffet. If not possible, then packed food might even work as a better option. 2. Not having Marathi speech : Out of 28 passengers, a couple was non-marathi speaking. This led the tour manager to talk entirely in Hindi, which kind of diluted the overall experience because Marathi person speaking in Hindi loses the fluency and the purpose. One other fellow passenger raised this complaint, although tour manager mentioned that its company policy. All this was not correct, this is because the non-marathi couple lived their whole life in Pune, and they were talking to other passengers in Marathi. They also mentioned that their language is not Marathi (it was sindhi) but they can understand Marathi. Despite this, the bus announcements and information delivery was chosen to be Hindi. This is very odd and must be fixed. If there was a single person who would not understand Marathi then implying this rule makes sense but otherwise it does not. Your booking office may include a disclaimer on this, that the tour guide may speak in Marathi and that should be accepted etc. Overall experience Really wonderful. I can see that Veena world runs very proper SOPs in everything. Do keep up good work. We recently completed the Highlights of Rajasthan RJUP180125/A tour, from 18 Jan 25 to 23 Jan 25, and we are delighted to share our feedback on this amazing experience. The entire booking process was smooth and hassle-free, which gave us a great start to the trip. Special thanks to our tour coordinators, Akshay Pachpute and Manthan Tawade, for their exceptional management, warm hospitality, and attention to detail throughout the tour. They ensured the group was comfortable and well-informed at every step. The sightseeing experiences were absolutely remarkable. From Jaipur's historic palaces and forts, to Pushkar's spiritual charm, and Udaipur's breathtaking lakes and architecture, each destination was well-covered and thoughtfully planned. The guides provided insightful commentary, making the experience both enriching and enjoyable. The bus journeys were comfortable and efficiently organized, ensuring smooth travel between destinations. The hotel accommodations were excellent, offering both comfort and convenience, and the food variety and quality exceeded our expectations. The carefully curated meals allowed us to enjoy the authentic flavors of Rajasthan while catering to everyone’s preferences. Overall, the tour was a perfect blend of cultural immersion, comfort, and fun.
