Booking process was simple and easy. Post booking: provided necessary information, reminders, tickets, insurance, tips for air travel. Tour managers: Piyush Jain and Ganesh Nimbalkar were very cooperative, polite, patient. They had thorough knowledge about the sights, they provided all the crucial information prior to sightseeing hence, visits went smoothly. Daily schedule too was explained very well in advance. They also made sure the group members gelled together, they conducted games during travel. While traveling regular halts were taken, managed time very well. Good care of all members, especially seniors. Travel: the sights were situated very far from each other, hence the travel time was too much, which could had been utilised for some other sightseeing or activities. Sightseeing: went smoothly but got less time due to more of travel. Travel guides: guides were good, provided necessary information. Transport: bus was clean and seats were comfortable but could have been better. Bus driver and helper were good. Food: was good and hygienic. Snacks from Veena world were good too. Only coconut water at Triveni sangam could had been better.
This was our fourth tour through Veenaworld. I wish to give my feedback about this Tour that was completed yesterday. Tour Managers: As usual Tour Managers have given us Awesome Experience. They attempted all opportunities to make us feel Awesome and hats off to both the champions. Their approach of including all members, from junior most (2years) to senior most (82yeaes) was commandable. They took care of each member personally in this group which needs lot of appreciation. I would like to give 5 out of 5 ratings to both of them. Hotels: Gir: hotel at Gir gave us different but excellent Experience, just Awesome. (5 out of 5 ratings) Somnath and Dwaraka: Both hotels were excellent. (5 out of 5 ratings) Ahmedabad: We are not very happy with Le grans residency hotel at Ahmedabad. You could choose better hotel as there are lot of options available in Ahmedabad. Hotel property was old and not maintained well. Mattresses were terrible and was uncomfortable. We could not sleep well. Water was too hot in night but lukewarm in morning while taking bath. Complained to hotel as well. I would rate it 1.5 out of 5. Food: Food quality was good at all places. Bus Ustads (driver & cleaner): Both ustad were good, patiently served us well in whole journey. Rating 5 out of 5. Bus: Not at all happy with the Bus provided to our group. We have not understood why our group was given this Bus while other group was given excellent Bus... If Bus starts from Ahmedabad, there were lot of options available but not sure the reason in selection of this Bus Seats of this bus were too much conjusted, not at all comfortable. Bus should have been selected with knowledge that more than 50% passengers are having age more than 50, and 4-5 members with age 70+. And these members need comfort while traveling 450 km in one stretch. I'm very much upset on this aspect. Rating 1 out of 5. I also had similar Experience during my last tour at Rajasthan in October 23. Thinking that why Veenaworld is doing cost cut in such aspects. I hope this feedback may help you to improve on these few aspects. Thank you.

- As everyone is becoming a frequent traveller now, we suggest that you make your own travel accessories kit to ensure a stress free holiday.
- Always make sure to carry less and light luggage, use a four wheel small or medium suitcase and please make sure that you are carrying only one suitcase per person. This will ensure that you will travel smartly and without any inconveniences.
- It is also recommended that you have one cross shoulder bag or haversack for your handy needs which will ensure that you are comfortable at the time of sightseeing and also easy for photography during your tour.

- Though Veena World provides all three meals, that is breakfast, lunch, dinner and Veena World treats as per the itinerary, you can carry dry snacks of your choice in small sealed packets for munching during air travel or road journeys.
- If you are travelling during the monsoon or to destinations where it is rainy, please carry a small umbrella or poncho.
- For international tours, please carry a universal adapter for charging your cameras and mobile phones.
