The orientation tour of the city had been filled with interesting and historical landmarks. Visiting Hofbräuhaus, the oldest beer house founded in 1589, had been a delightful experience, giving us a taste of Munich's rich brewing tradition. It's unfortunate due to Heavy rain we missed the opportunity to experience Marienplatz, the historical center of Munich since the 12th century, and its iconic Rathaus-Glockenspiel, considered the world's most extravagant clock. The Rathaus-Glockenspiel, located on the tower in Marienplatz, is truly a marvel with its intricate design, featuring a clock face, 43 bells, and over 30 full-sized mechanical figures. Missing out on such a significant and culturally rich landmark is certainly disappointing. Marienplatz and its Rathaus-Glockenspiel are not only architectural wonders but also offer a glimpse into Munich's rich history and heritage. If we have the chance in the future, we highly recommend revisiting Munich to experience this iconic attraction and immerse ourself in the city's fascinating atmosphere. We want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional experience we had during our European Panorama tour, especially on the final day in Munich.
