Itinerary (Day Wise)
Nairobi – Aberdares (1 Night) (Approx. 180 kms, 3hrs)
Welcome to Kenya. Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and meet our local representatives. Later, proceed north through the rich farming areas arriving at the Ark Lodge arriving in time for lunch. Spend the rest of the afternoon at leisure enjoying excellent views of animals visiting the waterhole from the observation platforms of the lodge. Overnight in Aberdares.
Note: This tour departs only on Mondays.

Aberdares – Samburu (2 Nights) (Approx. 190 km - 4 hours)
After breakfast, proceed to north across the equator to the Samburu National Reserve. You will arrive in time for lunch at Ashnil Samburu Camp. Later, proceed for afternoon game drive in the reserve. Overnight in Samburu.

After breakfast, enjoy morning and late afternoon game drives in the open savannah which is traversed by the Ewaso Nyiro River. The river is populated by hippos and crocodiles, whilst the park is home to a host of animals including several species which are rarely seen in numbers elsewhere, including Grevy's zebra, reticulated giraffes and long- necked gerenuks. Overnight in Samburu.

Samburu – Aberdare Country Club (1 Night) (Approx. 205 km - 4 hours)
After breakfast, proceed to Aberdare Country Club arriving in time for lunch. Later enjoy afternoon game drive in Solio Conservancy which is internationally recognized as one of the most successful rhino breeding reserves in Africa. Overnight in Aberdare Country Club.

Aberdare Country Club – Lake Naivasha (1 Night) (Approx. 240 km - 4 hours)
After breakfast, descend into the Great Rift Valley and continue to Lake Naivasha. You will arrive in time for lunch at Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge. Spend the rest of the afternoon at leisure at the hotel. Overnight in Lake Naivasha.

Lake Naivasha – Masai Mara (2 Nights) (Approx. 320 Kms, 6 hours)
After breakfast, you can opt for boat trip on Lake Naivasha (payable locally). Later proceed to the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Arrive in time for lunch at Ashnil Mara followed by an afternoon game drive. Overnight in Masai Mara.

Today enjoy an early morning game drive followed by breakfast at the lodge. Morning is at leisure, you can opt for below mentioned optional activity at an additional price. After lunch, relax before a late afternoon game drive. Overnight in Masai Mara.

After breakfast proceed to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport by road, or fly from the Mara to Nairobi: morning flight (additional prices on request). Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms

- If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.
- Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation
- Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
- Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
- Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

Remarks
- Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
- There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
- Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
- Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
