Feedback for trip *****/***** : I had been to Orissa with Veena world. This was my first trip with Veena world. The experience has been great. Both Vaibhav Waghchoude and Nikunj Shinde have been great tour managers. Vaibhav has been very efficient, very soft spoken and very caring. Specially being senior citizens, he has taken utmost care of all of us. Information given about the places, about the guides etc has been very effective. I am very happy that he has been promoted and will be in the foreign tours soon. I wish him all the best and more promotions. I hope to be in more tours where Vaibhav is the tour manager. Nikunj Shinde has been equally very efficient, very quiet at the same time extremely helpful. He has been the best photographer. Was so prompt in posting the pictures at the end of the day soon after the visit. Was very sweet and we would receive the very first call of the day - the wake up call from him. Infact he helped me with getting into the cab to come to my home in Pune. I wish him success and promotion soon. Both were very courteous and very sweet. Thanks a ton Vaibhav and Nikunj. ***** : Dear Sir/Madam, We have concluded the tour of Bhuvneshwar,Puri. It was a lifetime experience for us. As usual the tour is well organised. Hotels, food, transport were excellent, hassle free. Tour managers , Rahul and Gaurav are helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. It is always a pleasure to travel with Veena World.
Every aspect of the tour was a wonderful experience. This is my second tour with Veena world. Hope there would be many more. The tour managers Mr. Rahul Gaikwad and Mr. Gaurav were very cooperative, helpful and ready to solve any problem.
Our journey with veena world started with seamless booking experience, travel plan updates till we joined the team at Bhubaneswar. The tour went well as per plan and enjoyed the company of the people . Food , hotels and travel arrangements were all good along with the well coordinated visits to all the iternary items. Special mention and well deserved recognition to be given to tour manager Rahul and Gaurav. They took care of all the members of the tour well. We appreciate all the trouble they took for making us comfortable. Even though it was our first group tour with veena world we never felt outside the group. - As everyone is becoming a frequent traveller now, we suggest that you make your own travel accessories kit to ensure a stress free holiday.
- Always make sure to carry less and light luggage, use a four wheel small or medium suitcase and please make sure that you are carrying only one suitcase per person. This will ensure that you will travel smartly and without any inconveniences.
- It is also recommended that you have one cross shoulder bag or haversack for your handy needs which will ensure that you are comfortable at the time of sightseeing and also easy for photography during your tour.
- A smart cap/hat and sunglasses are definitely something that you should have in your kit.
- Though Veena World provides all three meals, that is breakfast, lunch, dinner and Veena World treats as per the itinerary, you can carry dry snacks of your choice in small sealed packets for munching during air travel or road journeys.
- If you are travelling during the monsoon or to destinations where it is rainy, please carry a small umbrella or poncho.
- For international tours, please carry a universal adapter for charging your cameras and mobile phones.
