Our journey with veena world started with seamless booking experience, travel plan updates till we joined the team at Bhubaneswar. The tour went well as per plan and enjoyed the company of the people . Food , hotels and travel arrangements were all good along with the well coordinated visits to all the iternary items. Special mention and well deserved recognition to be given to tour manager Rahul and Gaurav. They took care of all the members of the tour well. We appreciate all the trouble they took for making us comfortable. Even though it was our first group tour with veena world we never felt outside the group. pre-tour experience from booking onwards was very good. No problems faced. We received all documents like air ticket, itinerary, instruction, etc well in advance. This was followed by call from Mr Yash Jagtap, who gave us very useful tips, in addition to your standard guidelines.. He was in touch all the time till we landed at Bhuvaneshwar airport. He gave us warm welcome. During tour , he was extremely well-organised, well behaved, and above all took personal care of each individual., personally helping every one. This gesture is indeed very commendable and every one of us is highly appreciated this. he organized Dev darshan at Puri in very efficient manner and in spite of heavy rush, we could manage the darshan with full satisfaction. Overall I have no hesitation in saying that tour was great success, and full credit to tour manager Yash Jagtap for making it possible and good care of us.
