Regards. I with my wife Anita just went for the best of Kerala tour. We joined on 26th of December 2024 and returned on 04th of January 2025. When we went to our nearest office of Veena World at 2nd Pokhran Road Thane and inquired about it there was a tour departing on 25th December which was already booked and only two seats were vacant so we were not keen about it and thus we opted for 26th departure tour. We were first and not a single inquiry was there for this. still we booked and completed the formalities. This was because we had complete trust that this tour will be active within few days and our trust in Veena World proved right 100 %. Your Staff Ms. Snehal Rane and others in the office cooperated very efficiently without any hassles and we were on. Every thing necessary was taken care of. After joining the tour at Cochin airport we met Mr. Sohail S. Sheikh as our tour manager and our journey began. We were total 16 members in number and ranging from 2 year old child to nearing 70 years old person. I should state that the tour was managed exceedingly well by our tour manager Mr. Sohail S. Sheikh. We found him very well mannered, cool, very well organized, very efficient and very knowledgeable. I seemed that he had has developed a very good relationships with all the people from top to bottom which made each and every event, a grand success. Mr. Sohail Sheikh had a a very good bond with the tour driver and his assistant and their synchronization was fantastic. Kudos to Mr. Sohail Sheikh I have really no words for his performance. Thus because of his management the tour was a grand success and enjoyed by everybody. It became a family tour as i say. We wish him good luck and thank you all in Veena World for the best experience of touring. And we are looking forward to experience once more for travelling with you.

Today i had just complited 10 days Kearala tour ( KLKH07122024 ) its my pleasure to say thanks to all your staff at your Sinhagad Rd & your back offive staff they had properly guided & their prompt communication at the time of booking till the 1st of Dec 24 when i had my itinerary My 10 days are very memorable & will last for long life in total 10days Mr Vaibhav Pole Tour Manager & Mr Dattaprasad Dhuru has realy manage show very well they had nicely take for every thing like food site seeing & trasportation both are with us start from wakeup call to Night Dinner both are very soft & Gental in natire i am sure my next year tour will be with veena world only Once again thanks to every one in Veena World🙏🙏
