Veena World – Truly a world class Travel Company. We had very good interaction with the Veena World staff when we undertook two leisure trips with them. Now I was entertaining the idea of taking International tour. I had Australia as our destination in mind. Ms. Vishakha Udhas, with whom I had dealt with was always there to extend any help needed. When I informed her about my plans to take a leisure trip, she promptly gave account of various upcoming tours of their company. After much consideration, I informed here about our idea of visiting Australia. Ms Vishakha took personal interest, as if it is her responsibility to look after our well being and explained us about the tour, how to enroll, payment schedule, requirement of Visa, Medical Insurance and Foreign Exchange etc. We had a very comfortable trip of Jaipur / Udaipur and Leh ladakh and did not face any sort of inconvenience throughout. This time around also Ms Vishakha was very careful in explaining us the tough weather conditions of Australia and the precautions to be taken, as this time the travel was abroad. This helped us greatly in preparing for the tough tour, though it was a pleasure trip. During the discussions for finalisation, we informed that I have two of my sisters staying in Sydney and Melbourne and our intention to visit them. Incidentally the tour was starting from Sydney and ending at Melbourne. Ms Vishakha advised us to travel one week ahead of the tour and stay back for one week after the trip completes. I informed her that though this is the situation, our travel tickets to be booked through Veena World only. All the required arrangements were made and we proceeded with our plans. As always the arrangements were perfect. The Tour Manager Shri Deheeraj Choudhary was ever smiling and more than willing to extend any kind of help to the participants. He took us around as per the tour programme designed. Providing the information, useful historical importance and significance of the monuments and places etc. and conducted the tour very well. On the tours, we found the arrangements very apt and comfortable. Thanks to Ms Vishakha, we received the proper advice and had very good and comfortable tours so far. - As everyone is becoming a frequent traveller now, we suggest that you make your own travel accessories kit to ensure a stress free holiday.
- Always make sure to carry less and light luggage, use a four wheel small or medium suitcase and please make sure that you are carrying only one suitcase per person. This will ensure that you will travel smartly and without any inconveniences.
- It is also recommended that you have one cross shoulder bag or haversack for your handy needs which will ensure that you are comfortable at the time of sightseeing and also easy for photography during your tour.
- A smart cap/hat and sunglasses are definitely something that you should have in your kit.
- Though Veena World provides all three meals, that is breakfast, lunch, dinner and Veena World treats as per the itinerary, you can carry dry snacks of your choice in small sealed packets for munching during air travel or road journeys.
- If you are travelling during the monsoon or to destinations where it is rainy, please carry a small umbrella or poncho.
- For international tours, please carry a universal adapter for charging your cameras and mobile phones.
