I always book through VW representative vision world Mr. Suhas Sawant at Thane, who provides all updates / documents on time delivered to home. This NE Trip was one of the best experience with very pleasant weather (temp. 15-20 ⁰C, nice roads, little crowd. Our small (15 persons) group of Ave age 72+, coming from different places, thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Good Hotels & good food has always been a tradition of VW. The Bon villa retreat at kaziranga was especially good with all rooms facing East, people like me enjoying the sunrise @ 4.30 am. Ropeway trip & separate cruise in Brahmputra as well as Dawki river boat ride was memorable. Climbing down approx 300 steps to view Living Roots bridge & separately at Elephant Falls was thrilling as almost everyone managed too do it. We had an once in lifetime experience at Cherrapunjee, where the Noh ki Likai waterfall was seen in grand sunlight for 10 minutes & in a. sudden change filled up all valley with fog and there was a Thunder storm for next 45 minutes.in the area. The tour manager Amay assisted by Omkar was a magnificent team, who made this a truly great trip.

The Assam Meghalaya trip for senior citizens starting 30th April was one of the best in my experience. Not because of the exotic places we visited, but, also due to excellent arrangements made by Veena world including hotels, food and tour guides. They took care of us very well throughout the trip. - To and Fro economy class airfare and airport taxes for tour guests as mentioned in the itinerary
- Baggage Allowance as per the airline policy for tour

- Travel by small cars or Tempo Travellers or Mini Buses or big buses depending on the respective tour group size
- Entrance fees of all sightseeing places to be visited from inside
- Accommodation in comfortable and convenient hotels
- All Meals – Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (set menu) as mentioned in the itinerary

- 1 Lt. Water Bottle per person per day

- As everyone is becoming a frequent traveller now, we suggest that you make your own travel accessories kit to ensure a stress free holiday.
- Always make sure to carry less and light luggage, use a four wheel small or medium suitcase and please make sure that you are carrying only one suitcase per person. This will ensure that you will travel smartly and without any inconveniences.
- It is also recommended that you have one cross shoulder bag or haversack for your handy needs which will ensure that you are comfortable at the time of sightseeing and also easy for photography during your tour.
- A smart cap/hat and sunglasses are definitely something that you should have in your kit.
- Though Veena World provides all three meals, that is breakfast, lunch, dinner and Veena World treats as per the itinerary, you can carry dry snacks of your choice in small sealed packets for munching during air travel or road journeys.
- If you are travelling during the monsoon or to destinations where it is rainy, please carry a small umbrella or poncho.
- For international tours, please carry a universal adapter for charging your cameras and mobile phones.
- Ensure that your clothing and footwear is suitable for the destination you are travelling to.
