Trip to Ooty, Coimbatore : Dear Team, This email is to place on record the FABULOUS experience that we have with Veena world during our recent trip. The tour was very nice we have enjoyed the tour, as per itenaries all sightseeing was done,our tour Leader Mr.Sachin Choudhary was very much co_operative and knowledgeable person he has given all proper information regarding the sightseen and regarding the weather conditions .Eventhough most of us were seniors he has taken proper care of us. ,Mr. Sachin has very much attributes to handel such tours hotels which Veena World has selected we're satisfactory which we have enjoyed and food qualities was very nice. Transportation was good, Indigo airlines was also best. Anyhow we enjoyed lots. Mr. Sachin has very good talented, Credit goes to Veena Tai, she has appointed such energetic and active tour leaders. Thanking you very because of your tour we can roam and toured. I want to tour Pithapur,Kuruvar and Shreeshailam, if you can arrange.

Tour code - TNKC110223/A Tour manager - Sachin Chaudhari This was my first trip traveling by myself with a group of people I was about to meet at the airport and soon realise that it was going to be the most wonderful experience. I was a little worried to travel without a known person and had many questions running in my head before booking the tour. I went ahead and booked it and now I can say that it was the best decision to travel with Veena world. I was pleasantly surprised when I came to know that we had one of the best, if not the best, tour manager for our tiny group. I never expected that we would be assigned a seasoned tour manager with such an immense experience in this field. The trip was seamlessly planned with such perfection; be it the punctuality, halts along the way or the timely food arrangements. The itinerary was nicely planned and we had enough time to rest in between sightseeing and connect with other group members that increased our bond. The hotel at Kodaikanal was the most beautiful hotel with the prettiest rooms. The bus that we travelled in was extremely clean and comfortable making our journey even more joyful. The staff that we met throughout our trip were the kindest and most helpful people. It didn't take too long for my worries to melt away when I first heard our tour manager, Sachin, speak in the bus en route to our hotel. It is a blessing to be able to witness him talk about his experiences with such passion and enthusiasm. Sachin is extremely passionate about his work, gifted at storytelling, cares a lot about every single person, ensures that everyone is taken care of in the best possible way, exceeds expectations, extremely disciplined with regards to time and the schedule, has a beautiful way of dealing with situations in his unique way and is truly an inspiring person and a great leader. He always made sure I had the best time since I was traveling by myself and never let anyone in the group feel left out. His love for people and bringing them together is something that's beautiful to witness. It's always fun to be around him, he ensures you are entertained and understands situations very well. He has a tremendous amount of energy that he puts into his work and has the same level of enthusiasm throughout the day, be it early morning or late at night. Even though he was professional with his work, it never felt like there was a barrier between us as guests and him, who was doing his job. We were traveling and exploring as one, big family!
