Feedback on our tour to Haridwar,Hrishikesh , Mussoorie and Nainital : Dear Veena World, We were part of group NIJW031124/A for above tour from 3/11/24 to 11/11/24. Our tour managers were Mr.Aditya Malusare and his assistant Mr.Nishant Bhere. It was a delightful experience and we are impressed by the way the entire tour was managed very efficiently. And the credit goes to both of them. Some salient points - 1) Very effective time and man management. 2) Very nice hotel selection and nice food. 3) Very nice transportation services during entire tour. 4) Very empathetic approach towards Senior Citizens like us and room allotment keeping in mind our physical fitness. 5) Very polite, patient and quick action on our needs and fulfilling the same. 6) Making tour interesting by providing lot of history and geographical input about the places we have visited and divising games and entertainment during the tour. 7) Building a cohesive group like family with other tour members. 8) Precise communication and instructions, verbally and in writing about schedule, Do's and Don'ts well in advance, about entire tour. In short,if anyone asks us the rating of the tour ,in scale of 1 to 5, 5 being very delightful, we will give rating 5 out of 5. And all credit goes to Veena World, their staff, tour managers and efficient management . Next time definitely,we will choose Veena World for our future tours and also suggest the same to our friends and relatives. Here a small request. The itinerary was explained in detailed during pre-booking which helped us to take the decision to choose this tour. After our booking, we received the itinerary, hotel, flight, and travel insurance details in a timely manner. The highlight of the trip for my was the top-notch service provided by our Tour Manager Aditya Malusare and his Assistant Manager Nishant Bhere. Right from meeting us at Mumbai airport at the start of the trip, their execution was like clockwork. They treated everyone as their own family members and ensured that everyone was comfortable throughout the trip and enjoyed it to the fullest extent. We had senior citizens, families with kids, recently married couple, and bachelors on the trip and Aditya and Nishant built a great personal relationship with everyone. We had some long road trips along the way and they kept us entertained with some games. They gave us a heads-up on our daily schedule and followed up with each family to ensure that everyone adhered to the timelines. We would really like to commend Aditya and Nishant for taking care of us all and ensuring that we had a wonderful experience. Sightseeing options selected were just perfect and there was at least one experience which our family enjoyed every day. From temple visits, to Ganga Aarti, going for a walk/run every morning in excellent weather in almost all the places we visited to doing boating and river-rafting, from visiting an adventure park to doing a jungle safari in Jim Corbett National Park, every experience gave us a lot of joy. We would like to mention that we really liked the guide at Rishikesh - Mr. Pundir - who explained the history of every temple we visited in great detail. Also, shopping was an important element of the trip and Aditya & Nishant took us to the right places where we could buy good quality items at reasonable prices. We really liked all the hotels in this trip, especially the Chevron Fairhavens at Nainital. The ambience of all the hotels was excellent and my family felt safe and comfortable. Hotel staff were very courteous and took care of our every need. The food during the entire trip was excellent and we usually ended up over-eating as a result. Breakfast, lunch, evening tea and dinner were all organized in a timely manner. The most important thing is that despite this being a long trip, not a single member fell sick. One point to note is that by the end of the trip, everyone was tired of paneer though as it was the one constant in almost all our lunch and dinner meals. The bus that we travelled in was very comfortable. More importantly, the Driver and his Assistant did a fantastic job of navigating the difficult terrain with a lot of ghat sections. We felt completely safe and not once did feel anxious in any way. We would really like to commend the bus driver and his Assistant. This was our third trip with Veena World and every trip is turning out to be better than the previous ones. Tour Manager Aditya Malusare is at the top of his game and was very diligently supported by his assistant Nishant Bhere. Both of them ensured that this tour experience was much above our expectations.

Dear Veena World Right from the time I entered the office at bandra till our departure at delhi airport the experience has been fantastic. We envisaged on the trip *****. Our tour managers Atish Berde & Bhushan Farde made our tour a memorable 1 with their expert knowledge n brilliant photography skills. Comin to the hotels each of them were carefully hand picked each havin an aura of their own the nainital hotel had a lovely old English charm. The food & restaurants were well thought off n food was tasteful and nice. Drivers were good too. In short a memorable experience.
