Lahaul Spiti Chandrataal

Each and every aspect of the tour was meticulously planned and executed rigorously. Vehicles provided were in good condition and drivers were friendly and attentive. Hence journey was always enjoying even in the most difficult terrains. Night stay in hotels were comfortable and each details for individual comfort were taken care of so much so that we never felt tired in the entire journey in spite of the difficult geographic conditions at very high altitudes. The quality as well as variety of food was very good. I was amazed at how such a quality and variety of food could be maintained in such remote places that too exactly in time. All the places that we visited were just amazing and left me in awe. The entire group was friendly and all members behaved as a single family. The tour managers were very cooperative and met all our demands with smiling face. Most amazing part of the trip is the way the timing of each activity of the entire trip was maintained. Strangely, I could not find a single instance of timing not being maintained. In a nutshell, the tour was flawless and for me it is a memory to be cherished in the long time to come. The tour managers often went out of the way to help the members of the group to take care of their needs. I have simply no words to praise them.

Hi This was our 1st trip with Veena World. At the outset we must thank Mangement of Veena World for giving us opportunity to visit another world within a world ( as stated by Rudyard Kippling) i.e Lahul Spity valley. Chandratal Lake was jewel in the crown. Any word will fall short to descrbe how much we have enjoyed almost a fortnght starting from 17 th June 2024. The way Tour Manager Shri Balaji Kamble and Shri Kalpak have managed the tour with flawless co ordination throughout this period in most difficult terrain.We were kept updated always for all the places,facilities,logistic arrangement ,limitations if any and nothing has come to us as shock.Being Sr. citizen, we were given utmost care and attention throughout the tour period by both tour manger Mr. Balaji and Mr.Kalpak. Arranging one critical medicine at Kaza ( which was short in my stock) by Mr. Kalpak is a glaring example of how they were concerned of our well being. Another positive point of this tour was the attacment of Kitchen party at critical places.All three meals were served timely during this extrordinary tour.Hats off to Kichen team of Veena World. In total it was a very professionally managed satisfying tour . We hope to join Veena World in many tours in future. Our special thanks to two young assets of Veena World Mr.Balaji and Kalpak for encouraging us to participate in all challinging activities during the tour.
