Sub: Feedback for the tour **EUGE140523/A Tour Review** *EGYPT – GREECE - TURKEY * ● INTRODUCTION : We, MRS. URMILA and MR. SANJAY PATIL from Vashi – Navi Mumbai are writing to express our sincere gratitude for the amazing family tour EUGE140523 visiting 8 cities from 3 countries EGYPT, GREECE and TURKEY. From start to finish everything was perfectly organized and executed making a truly unforgettable experience. Now immensely happy to share about the overall experience. We already have explored many countries like Japan, UK, Europe, Thailand etc as being Loyal guest with VEENA WORLD. ● BOOKING : As the USA Visa new application was unavailable, We booked EUGE 140523 Tour and as usual right from the booking we got support from the backend team of Veena World - Vashi sales office especially Mr. Amar Singh and Ms. Sayali Jadhav for Visa process etc. ● TOUR MANAGER : We would like to specifically appreciate our tour manager Mr. SACHIN KAWALE. He was such a Rockstar. He was so polite but strict at the time management, such a good decision maker and always ready to help others. We must mention that he is the most hardworking & dedicated tour manager We have seen so far. He went beyond his capacities in order to provide best medical assistance at local hospitals at Greece to one of our senior guest spending whole night and again started the next day with great smile. He also provided best experienced service to our group which consisted majorly of elderly seniors upto age of 79, 81, 86 years We thank him for just everything and hope to see him excel in his career. ● SIGHT SEEING :- Our tour concludes with all the places of Tourist attractions as mentioned in the tour Itinerary. Sufficient time was given at each place to explore the new places along with tour guide facility. Starting with EGYPT at Cairo, we explored the ancient treasures and remarkable architecture, the great Pyramids, preserved Mummies, magnificent sand dunes, unique desert landscapes, the tombs of pharaohs, Mediterranean Sea at Alexandria city. Then GREECE , the birthplace of democracy, philosophy, medicine and Geometry was really enjoyed by us with Athens city tour, the Acropolis along with Cruise ride to Hydra, Poros and Aegina islands etc. Then visited SANTORINI, most popular Greek Island with it’s blinding white houses, blue roofs and domes with beautiful sunsets and long volcanic beaches. We also enjoyed wine and the visit at Vinery and vineyards. Tour ended with TURKEY which has the combination of breathtaking natural beauty, historic & cultural sights along with great food. We also enjoyed Hot Air Balloon ride at Cappadocia and fulfilled our much awaited dream ride. In Pamukkale, we enjoyed the mineral-rich Thermal water springs. The peak point of tour was at ISTANBUL where we explore the Blue Mosque with gorgeous architecture, Ceramic and Carpet Factories, Topkopi Palace, Day Cruise through Bosphorus strait and also along with Turkish dinner with show. ● Accommodation & Food :- The hotels for accommodation were very comfortable and luxurious. Hotel Radisson Blu, Hotel Lycus River, Hotel Ramada Plaza etc provided delicious breakfast. The Lunch and dinner at various Indian Restaurants also provides homely taste. The Local food with yummy foodstuffs was also provided at various places. Local as well as Hindu meal was provided at the different flights. We totally forgot about ungiven dry snacks hampers which Veena World was traditionally providing previously at the time of beginning of the tour before COVID era. ● Travel n transfers :- Luxurious Coaches with smooth n safe driving gave total haselfree sightseeing. Ample Packed bottles of the drinking water was made available everywhere. There was no need of purchasing extra beverages. Various Flights and Cruises were used for transfers. Guide facility was made available at each country. Yassinbhai , the Guide at Turkey provided his Best. ● Shopping : All the guests enjoyed Shopping at Istanbul city at Grand bazaar and spice market purchasing Beklava sweets, Turkish tea and ice cream, utensils, textiles. Various souvenirs, Keychains and magnets were also purchased at almost all sites. Handmade papers of Pynus plant with impressive drawings were also purchased. Purchasing gold earings ornament with Ruby at PANDORA was really a nice shopping experience in this tour. ● Extra Events :- 1. Hot Air Balloon ride was arranged at Cappadocia with extra charges. 2. Mrs. URMILA PATIL’s 50th Birthday was celebrated grandly by providing Cake at Hotel and allowed to decorate the place. 3. Wedding Anniversaries and Birthdays of other guests were also celebrated properly. Thanks to Tour manager and his team for such celebrations. ● CONCLUSION :- Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the quality of services provided by Veena World and it has once again proved its superiority in the tourism industry. We always feel proud to recommend your services to anyone looking to plan a trip. Every time we travel as the loyal guest of your company , our experience has been truly memorable and we have Tour managers like Sachin Kawale and the entire team to thank for that.
