Tour Manager Name :- *Santosh kadam* *Pankaj Ubale* Booking experience : This was our first tour by Veena world and the good vibes started with our first interaction with Mrs. Ulka Patwardhan who was our booking coordinator. She explained the itinerary well and made the tour booking experience seamless. She solved our majority of the queries well and truly appreciate her support. Tour Managers : A significant contributor to the success of the tour was our tour manager, Santosh Kadam. He had good knowledge about the places we visited, along with the history and geography, added depth to the journey. He narration about Brahmaputra river being called a NAD a male river, insights about the wars with China, Kamakhya temple were very fascinating. He received good support from, Pankaj Ubale, who was equally calm and an excellent photographer ands always ready to click photographs and make our trip memorable. His simplicity and good nature touched everyones heart. Santosh Kadam's communication skills were excellent, and he was transparent about the day's plan, providing us with clear insights into why things were planned the way they were. soothing touch to the entire experience. His rapport with local drivers, hotel managers, army people was excellent. However we were really moved by Santosh and Pankaj's good gesture when they gave their winter gears to guests and bared the cold winds at Sela & Bumla pass. On second occasion they ensured everyone is well fed but they themselves had to eat only dal-chawal and carryon with their duties. All guests were awed by their gesture and benevolence. Transportation The comfortable Innova cars and experienced drivers made the travel seem easy, even on not-so-good roads. The multiple cars were in perfect sync, ensuring the group always stayed together. This attention to detail added a layer of convenience that made the entire trip even more enjoyable. Almost everyone was speaking highly of their drivers. Food & Accommodation Being vegetarians we were bit skeptical about it. But undoubtedly it was a culinary delight. While the hotel food might have been repetitive, the unique, authentic, and local dishes we tried during lunches compensated for it. The variety of food offered were addition to the overall experience. Key attractions The Bihu dance at Kaziranga's Hotel, the lively dance and DJ on the Brahmaputra Cruise, and the engaging group games at the multiple Hotel created unforgettable memories. These moments not only added entertainment but also fostered team bonding among the group members. In conclusion, Veena World has truly mastered the art of creating a seamless, enjoyable, and culturally rich travel experience. I will highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a well-organized and exciting journey.
