Best Time to Visit Auli
Auli is considered one of the winter wonderlands in India. Considering the amount of snow that falls in the region, the best time to book a trip is between November to February when Auli tourism is at its peak. This is the time when Auli transforms into the perfect snowy paradise with slopes flush with soft and loose powdery snow.
Though the temperature during these months is near freezing, the thrill of joining the annual Skiing Festival and Auli Winter Sports is worth the bite. Plus, the views are simply unmatched.
But did you know that Auli is beautiful in off-seasons as well? Without the biting wind and snow crunching under your boots, Auli transforms after winters. The pleasant temperatures in spring and autumn with sparkling sun and golden hues are ideal for creating picture-perfect moments. The time is also excellent for outdoor activities like trekking, camping, taking long walks in the evening, bird watching or simply soaking in the views of the snow-capped Garhwal Himalayas.
If you enjoy solitudes, monsoon, with its misty mornings, grey clouds and rain-filled evenings can also be a wonderful time to plan Auli and Garhwal tourism.
