Eligibility
- Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (any other post graduate with exposure to Human Resource functions can also be considered based on interview performance)
- 5+ year of experience in HR Operations.

Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Implement hiring strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Optimize employer branding and candidate experience.
- Generate recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics.
Onboarding
- Send offer letters and collect required documents.
- Conduct background verification and reference checks.
- Ensure IT and admin teams set up workstations, email accounts, and system access.
- Share onboarding schedules and welcome kits with new joiners.
- Organize orientation sessions covering company culture, policies, and benefits.
- Maintain employee records in HR systems
Welfare and engagement activities
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, including team-building events, festival celebrations and recognition initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution when necessary.
HR Projects
- Assist or spearhead HR projects related to policy updates, HR digitalization, and process optimization.
- Manage internal HR communications and drive participation in company-wide initiatives.
