Eligibility

  • Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (any other post graduate with exposure to Human Resource functions can also be considered based on interview performance)
  • 5+ year of experience in HR Operations.

Responsibilities

Recruitment

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
  2. Implement hiring strategies to attract top talent.
  3. Oversee job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  4. Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  5. Optimize employer branding and candidate experience.
  6. Generate recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics.


Onboarding

  1. Send offer letters and collect required documents.
  2. Conduct background verification and reference checks.
  3. Ensure IT and admin teams set up workstations, email accounts, and system access.
  4. Share onboarding schedules and welcome kits with new joiners.
  5. Organize orientation sessions covering company culture, policies, and benefits.
  6. Maintain employee records in HR systems

Welfare and engagement activities

  1. Plan and execute employee engagement activities, including team-building events, festival celebrations and recognition initiatives.
  2. Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution when necessary.

HR Projects

  1. Assist or spearhead HR projects related to policy updates, HR digitalization, and process optimization.
  2. Manage internal HR communications and drive participation in company-wide initiatives.
