Both were professional, friendly, and attentive, ensuring the group stayed comfortable, informed, and entertained. They were proactive with updates and shared valuable insights about the destinations, adding depth to the experience. Airline: The trip began with an IndiGo flight, which was on time and comfortable. IndiGo provided efficient service, and our luggage handling and check-ins were smooth, thanks to the advance preparations by Veena World. Transportation and Driver: Our bus driver, Ustaadji, was skilled and experienced, handling the mountain roads with confidence and care. The bus was clean, comfortable, and spacious, making the road journey enjoyable despite the lengthy drives.
