Feedback on tour code RJTS271124/A : Sir / Madam, I and my wife Sudeshna Sougata Sen had gone in your Rajasthan Marwad tour and the tour code is RJTS271124/A. The feedback of this tour from our (Myself and Sudeshna) side is as under: 1. Booking was done through your office in my locality Thakur Village, Kandivali East, Mumbai 400101. The staff of the booking office was very friendly, courteous and homely especially Nidhi Pawaskar. She explained in details about the importance of this tour etc. After booking i.e post booking she used to call both of us and find out about our queries. In general, we are very satisfied with the booking and post booking facilities of this tour. 2. The Tour Manager Prashant Sakpal and Asstt. Tour Manager Prajyot Suryavanshi was outstanding. They explained everything in details and took very good care of us during the entire tour. They entertained us while travelling by conducting games and even in hotel Desert Resort in Mandwa. They made us feel a part of family with 27 persons and 2 Tour Managers. We are highly impressed with both the tour managers in this tour. 3. The sightseeing was excellent especially in Jodhpur & Jaisalmer. The places selected for sightseeing were excellent. Overall, we both enjoyed the sightseeing. 4. The Food was very tasty and lavish. There were many choices of menu in Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Non veg dishes were also there which we enjoyed. Overall the food was of high quality and quantity and it was delicious which we both enjoyed. 5. The transport was done in a AC bus which had big windows with push back seats and lot of leg space. The journey during the entire tour by bus was very comfortable. 6. Our favourite moments were experience in Bishnoi Village where we got a glimpse of rich cultural life of Marwar. We had dinner with the Bishnoi villagers which was a unique experience. Also the palaces and forts in Jodhpur was worth watching. In Jaisalmer, the Golden Fort, Patwon ki Haveli Museum, The Sand Dunes was very enjoyable for sight seeing. The Camel Ride in the desert and the traditional Rajasthani Folk Dance in Jaisalmer was very entertaining and the experience will be remembered through out life. In totality, I and my wife Sudeshna Sen are highly satisfied by going in this tour. This was our sixth Veena World Tour (3 Domestic & 3 International). Overall experience during the tour was excellent, awesome as usual. Stay at Uday Palace Mandowa is memorable due to their very good hospitality. Visit to Bishnoi village is execptionly a nice with a different touch of village dinner which is most enjoyed. The other sightseeing places during the tour were also arranged very nicely and also enjoyed. We are fully satisfied.

The arrangements were excellent. The itenary was enough to get the feel of the sandy area and the living of the people there. Tour managers Dhaval and Kunal are polite, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, always helping and smiling. The hotel stays are very comfortable at all places, especially hotel Jaisalgadh. Bus travel was also comfortable. Even in the heat outside the air conditioning was proper. The driver and his assistant was also very helping. I got a pleasant surprise from Dhaval and Kunal of celebrating my birthday by Veena World. This was really a memorable trip for both of us. We enjoyed a lot.
