- Gift Card/Voucher can be redeemed only against Veena World services
- Gift Card is transferable and can be used by family or friends of the Receiver. In such a scenario, the family/friends need to provide the NOC from the receiver
- Only one voucher can be redeemed at a time
- If the cost of the travel service exceeds the balance on the gift card, the recipient will be responsible for paying the remaining balance
- This Gift card/voucher is the property of Veena World and all Veena World terms and conditions are applicable for this too. Terms and conditions as specified on the Veena World website and Travel Planner will be applicable
- The original voucher code needs to be submitted at the time of redemption
